About Kamran
Kamran Eshtehardi, PhD is a clinical psychologist who views therapy as a collaborative journey. Rather than treating life like a math equation to be solved, he views life as a creative process, much like a work of art. He focuses on helping clients identify their core values and priorities so they can serve as a north star while sailing the uncharted waters of life. His approach balances deep insight with actionable strategies to create tangible, lasting change.
With over a decade of experience with clients across the lifespan, Kamran specializes in working with teens and young adults, and has expertise working with problematic technology and video game usage. He frequently helps clients navigate major life transitions, develop self-understanding, create their own path, overcome obstacles, connect more deeply with others, and cultivate resilience.
Kamran's practice is located in Pasadena, California, where he provides therapy in person and online for individuals located in California or Florida. He earned his PhD in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis on family, children, and couples, from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. Outside of his practice, he focuses on family, friends, learning, playing, and trying to make a positive impact on the world around him.
