43 Free Relationship Tests and Quizzes
43 free, research-based relationship tests and quizzes. Each is reviewed by a clinician, scored in your browser, and gives you an instant plain-language result. No sign-up, and your answers never leave your device.

Relationship tests can give you a structured way to reflect on connection, communication, and the patterns that repeat between people. Some explore preferences, such as the Love Language Test, while others focus on attachment, satisfaction, loneliness, or boundaries. The relationship satisfaction questionnaire draws on the CSI-16, and the attachment tool uses adult attachment dimensions. There are also separate reflections on friendship, parenting, and concerns about controlling or hurtful behavior.
Choose a test around your own experience rather than trying to classify another person. You might want words for what feels supportive, a clearer picture of relationship strain, or space to consider a pattern that worries you. These educational self-assessments cannot decide whether you should stay, leave, trust someone, or use a particular label. A useful result starts reflection or conversation; it does not override your feelings, boundaries, or safety.

Relationship tests FAQ
Can a relationship test tell me whether to stay or leave?
No questionnaire can weigh your whole relationship or make that decision for you. The divorce reflection organizes areas of strain and uncertainty, while other tools focus on particular experiences. Consider your circumstances, support, and safety alongside any result, and avoid treating a score as an instruction to take a life-changing step.
Can I use these tests to diagnose my partner?
No. Even tools with names such as Narcissistic Partner Test focus on patterns you are experiencing rather than establishing another person’s diagnosis. Describe behavior and its impact on you. You do not need a clinical label, a high score, or another person’s agreement for your boundaries to matter.
Are love languages and attachment styles the same thing?
They explore different questions. The Love Language Test reflects preferences for expressing and receiving affection within a particular framework. The attachment reflection explores patterns around closeness and distance. Neither is a complete account of a relationship, and neither should be used as a fixed explanation for every disagreement.
What if taking a test could put me at risk?
You can stop or leave the page at any time. If someone monitors your device, consider whether it is safe to use it for this topic. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the US, call or text 988 for suicidal thoughts or emotional crisis.
