About Amy

You may be feeling overwhelmed in your relationships—repeating the same patterns, feeling misunderstood, or unsure how things got this way. It can be exhausting trying to hold everything together while something still feels off. With over 20 years of experience, I help adults, teens, and families better understand what’s driving these patterns and how to create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we’ll look beneath the surface so you can respond differently, feel more grounded, and experience more connection in your relationships and daily life.

My approach

My approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, and psychodynamic. I enjoy collaborating with my clients and given them some tools to add to their own coping skills.

About me

I've been in private practice for over 20 years and enjoy working with clients and helping to find new ways to approach life's ongoing challenges. I'm a mother of two adult children and appreciate working with parents who are seeking support in parenting. I also enjoy my work w/adolescents & supported many who are transitioning from high school to college.
