Hi, I’m Charis Chase. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience helping people move out of overwhelm and into a steadier, more grounded way of living. I’ve trained extensively in approaches like CBT and DBT, and I’ve also worked closely with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, and identity concerns. These experiences shaped my approach in helping people not only manage symptoms, but also build skills for lasting change and emotional balance.
