I love supporting neurodiverse folks with struggles like suicidal ideation, Borderline, DID, PTSD, psychosis, depression, anxiety and substance use. I will help you heal wounds, reclaim safety, rebuild trust, create meaning, find your voice and connect to your higher purpose. We will take a close look at your relationship with yourself and explore how we can improve hit through the practice of healthy coping skills, self-care and reparenting.

We will also reflect on your relationships with others and explore how effective communication skills, healthy limits and boundaries and the cultivation of empathy may be able to enhance them.
